I’ve read through my last couple of posts and I think I’m suffering from another symptom of menopause: Irritability. (aka Bitchiness.) My moods have taken a turn to the darker side. This is because I’ve been experiencing more and more hot flashes and night-sweats. It’s getting to the point where I can’t sleep. I’ve had to start laying on towels because I’ve been sweating through all the sheets on our bed. I’m either constantly too hot, or too cold… This change of temperature has made me the most unpleasant person to be with in the world. God, help my family.
